CrowdStrike account recovery and password assistance
Account access is usually managed through an organization’s identity provider and CrowdStrike administrator. Follow the recovery process for the identity system that your organization uses.
Recover account access
- If your organization uses single sign-on, reset your password through its approved identity portal rather than an unrelated third-party page.
- If your account is locked or disabled, ask the administrator to check its status and assigned permissions.
- For username recovery, account verification, or user access support, contact the identity or CrowdStrike administrator through a verified internal channel.
Password and MFA safety
- Use a unique password and follow your organization’s password policy.
- Complete two-factor authentication or MFA recovery only through the official identity provider.
- Never share login credentials, one-time codes, backup codes, or recovery keys with anyone.
